The PRI-FS is the First Step in automating your IBC washing operations.  This system includes our PRI-TVS tilting vac station, PRI-IW1 internal wash station, roller tracks, and control panel.  A high suction fan evacuates the remaining heal of liquid at the PRI-TVS.  A foot operated air valve allows the tote to be tilted forward toward the operator while a counterbalanced wand allows for easy removal of liquids and oils.  The 3000 PSI 4.5 GPM high pressure pump delivers room temperature, high impengment rinsing action through two pencil jet nozzles.  A two minute repeating pattern allows for a quick rinse or adjust the timer in the control panel for multiple patterns and tougher soils.  A venturi allows for cleaning agents to be siphoned through the internal wash station.  The wash water drains through the open IBC valve into a catch basin to the 2" MPT connection at the rear of the machine.

The internal wash station is constructed of heavy gauge 304SS.  The free height under the IW1 is 60".  The included roller conveyor sections under the wash head and at station exit both drain to a single, ground level, 2" MPT fitting to the rear of the wash station.  A coarse screen prevents debris from exiting the drain.  The Rotajet E200 electrically driven spray head delivers impingement cleaning to the interior walls of the IBC via two pencil jet nozzles on a 2 minute repeating pattern.  Programmable timers on the  included control panel limit the wash cycle duration.  The platen seals on a standard 6" IBC opening and prevents high pressure spray from escaping. A manual pneumatic actuator lifts and lowers the drying head and automatic lock out prevents the head from moving while the cycle is running.  An industrial 3000 PSI, 4.5 GPM, 7.5HP pressure washer is skid mounted and placed on grade behind the IW1 station.  The pressure washer is wired to the main control panel and cycled on and off automatically via the high pressure interrupt circuit on the pump skid.

The external wash station is constructed of 304SS heavy gauge sheet metal.  Inlet and outlet roller sections allow for the transfer to and from the middle rotary table.  The table is manually rotated a full 360 degrees to access all sides of the IBC for spray cleaning the exterior.  A rear backstop catches direct overspray and drains into the full width catch basins.  The basin drains to a single 2" MPT fitting at ground level.  The drain is fitted with a removable coarse screen to prevent labels and debris from entering the discharge.

The SC-25 Solvent Recycling system is non-scraped, designed for applications with small to medium volume needs. Small SC units are also available with a top lid for bag applications. Options include AutoFill, Auto Water Control, Bag Retainer, Elevated Base, Glycol Loop, Distillation under Vacuum, Process Tanks (CST/DST), Purge Panel, Nitrocellulose Safety Package.
